Uzoma Dozie was born on the 2nd of November, 1969 to Pascal Dozie and Chinyere Dozie in London, United Kingdom, but he hails from Owerri, Imo State. According to billionaires.africa, Pascal Dozie is one of the top 20 wealthiest investors on the Nigerian Exchange. He founded Diamond Bank, one of Nigeria’s largest retail banks until its acquisition by Access Holdings in December 2018.

He is also the chairman of Pan-Atlantic University and owns a 1.6-percent stake in MTN Nigeria, the most profitable subsidiary of MTN Group, a multinational telecom conglomerate with operations in over 20 countries.
