Zaccheus Adedeji\’s journey begins with his late father, a cocoa merchant from Iwo-Ate community in Ogo-Oluwa local government area of Oyo State. Young Adedeji often accompanied his father on market days, witnessing the challenges and determination involved in selling cocoa. Despite making new friends in Oyo Town, he remained mindful of his parents\’ struggles and was driven to bring about positive change.
To focus on his studies and assist his father during visits to Oyo, Adedeji was later transferred to AFIJIO, a local government area, where he completed his secondary school education. He consistently excelled academically, standing out as one of the top performers in his class. This success led him to the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, where he achieved a distinction in accountancy. His exceptional performance earned him a scholarship established for indigent but brilliant students by the late legal luminary and human rights crusader, Chief Gani Fawehinmi.

Prior to this, he had already attained a managerial position through his diligent work with the American multinational company Procter and Gamble (P&G).
