Mr Real Biography and Early Life
Mr Real was born Okafor Uchenna Victor on September 8, 1996 in Lagos State, Nigeria. He hails from Anambra State in the southeastern part of the country. He grew up in a musical family, as his father was a guitarist and his mother was a singer. He attended St. John’s Primary School and Ojodu Grammar School in Lagos for his primary and secondary education respectively. He then proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Nekede in Owerri, Imo State, where he studied Business Administration.
Entertainment Career
Mr Real started his music career as a producer, working with artists like Sound Sultan, Terry G, Wande Coal and Oritse Femi. He also released some singles under the name Mr Real Love, such as “Antidote” and “Lamba”. However, he did not gain much recognition until he released “Legbegbe” in 2017, which became a viral sensation and a street anthem.
