Justice Stephen Adah Biography, Education and Legal Career
Born on the 13th of June, 1957, Justice Stephen Adah is a Nigerian judge. He originally hails from the Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State and is currently the presiding Justice of the Asaba Division of the Court of Appeal.
Prior to this, Justice Stephen had been a Federal High Court judge for 14 years. On the 16th of December, 2020, led a three-man appeal court panel that set aside the indictments delivered against a former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki by Federal High Court in Abuja.
The panel ordered a fresh hearing of the Dasuki trial after holding that the Federal High Court made damaging comments against Dasuki without giving him a fair hearing, according to Fij.ng. Adah is expected to work as a member of the five-man panel of judges at the 2023 presidential election tribunal.
