It is very common for people to begin to process new cards once the old ones get missing, but it is not the best.
Sometimes these cards get missing and the criminals wait till the weekend since they know the banks will not work.
We will be seeing three steps through which you can block the UBA ATM cards if need be.
Please note that after blocking it, you can contact the bank online or visit any of their branches to unblock it.
The USSD Code
With the phone number you used to create the bank account, you can block it even without an internet connection.
To do this, dial the UBA USSD code, *919#, and continue selecting option 8 (next) and further selecting option 2 (ATM card) from the next page.
You can also dial *919*10# and move on with the process.
The UBA Internet Banking Platform
You can also block your ATM card using the internet banking platform, either online or on the app.
– Visit the internet banking platform or log in to your Android/ IOS app with your details.
– Tap the Self-service option
– Follow the process and get the missing card blocked.
Please note that you will need to have registered for the service before you can access this.
