Adesua Dozie is a Nigerian senior Legal Advisor who was recently appointed as the Vice Chairman of ExxonMobil Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian and New York bar associations and has worked with The Coca-Cola Company, General Electric, Mobil amongst others.

Ms Dozie was an Executive Director and General Counsel for Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN) and Esso Exploration & Production Nigeria Ltd.
She holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LL. B.) from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Cornell Law School, New York, was admitted to the New York Bar in the United States and also qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Nigeria. She is from Egbu, Owerri, Imo State.
